| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. |
| What are my payment choices? |

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. In addition, we also accept PayPal payments. Your personal or company check is welcome, as well. We don't believe in making it difficult for people to spend their hard-earned money with us. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is always a flat $4.00 charge, whether you order 1 title or 80 books. Most orders ship via USPS Media Mail within 24 hours. Orders of 10 or more of the same title may ship via DHL's ground service. |
